The short, honest version

We collect almost nothing. This site has no cookies, no trackers, no ad tech, and no consent banner because none is needed. Here is the complete picture.

Who we are

Lukoth, a two-founder studio in Athens, Greece. For anything on this page: hello@lukoth.com.

What we collect, and why

• The quick questions — what you need, your name, and one way to reach you (phone or email), because you asked us to get in touch. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Spam protection — the form is guarded by Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode. It checks technical signals in your browser to tell humans from bots; it does not show puzzles and we never see that data. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate. It tells us how many people visited; it cannot tell us who you are, and it does not follow you across the web.

What we deliberately don't do

• No cookies, no fingerprinting, no advertising or social-media pixels.
• Fonts are served from our own domain — nothing is fetched from Google, so your IP address is not shared with them.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your data. There is nothing to sell.

Where your message goes

Form submissions travel through Cloudflare (our host) and land in our mailbox. Cloudflare operates globally under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while we're talking, and deleted no later than 24 months after our last exchange, unless we're working together by then — in which case the contract sets the terms.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or hand over your data, and you can object to processing. Email hello@lukoth.com — we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
