## What Lukoth does

    business actually works, not how a template assumes.
  - **Connect** — the ERP, payments, inventory and inboxes, wired so
    information flows without anyone retyping it. This is where AI earns
    its place: quietly, inside the operation.
  - **Mind** — after launch: monitoring, fixes, small improvements as the
    business changes — and a phone answered by the person who built it,
    not a ticket queue.

  the Walkthrough (η Αυτοψία) — €500 fixed, half a day inside the client's
  operation, ending in a written plan with fixed prices. The €500 is
  credited in full against the first build. Builds are fixed-price from
  the plan (full builds from €5.000); ongoing stewardship from €390/month.
  Every step ends in something the client holds: the priced plan, a
  working preview on a real URL every week, and at handover a folder with
  the domain, code, accounts and keys — all in the client's name.
